The breakfast was good. However, I think the staff was rushed when they put out the runny gravy for the biscuits. Everything else was good.

Safe (though the restaurant property next door has signs advising people to take all their belongings out of their cars and to lock their cars). Comfortable beds. Nice shower. Somewhat worn facilities. Helpful staff. Somewhat limited breakfast, though adequate (certainly better than cellophane-wrapped pastries, which I've had elsewhere). So basically ok; not luxurious. The immediate neighborhood consists of a restaurant, a smoking lounge, a couple of other businesses, and a freeway. Definitely nothing special Nothing walkable other than the restaurant, smoking lounge, etc.

Property was immaculate, comfortable and perfectly located for our family visit. Ability to check in online and the electronic key made everything very easy. This was our second stay and we will be back whenever we visit our grandkids.

Everything I needed was conveniently located.

Everything I needed was conveniently located. Fresh choices for food, not just fast food. Jason’s Deli was perfect and open late. I just wanted to say that I am a 100% service disabled veteran and so I can be a little high maintenance. There was no way that I could have predicted the incredible amount of time I would spend on the road this year. I discovered that matter where I am in the country, Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express are PREDICTABLY the perfect choice for me. They are kind to veterans and service animals and they are consistently exceptional accommodations all the way down to the linens and towels. I love Marriott for the same reasons, but IHG is FAR kinder to my budget for similar quality and they are EVERYWHERE!

After i came there to stay wth my rsvps, when i saw what the Room look like, i was Appalled!! The carpet looked like it’s been there for over 30 years with Big Nasty Stains, as well as the tub. The furniture, you were able to get splints in your hands due to the edges it had on all furniture! And the horrible sent. Nasty staff , that made me to pay up front before stay. Never heard that before in my life. i called Booking.com and Choice Hotels 2x for refund. they asked for pictures, Carlos, they agreed it was NOT suitable to stay, and stated that the hotel should return my money, But was refused by ALL 3 Parties!!! i’m going report it BBB & Consumer Affairs!!

There were termites in the bed, on the lamp, and on the walls and bathroom, but the worse thing is you tell me you guys don’t have any more rooms, you y’all to your manager and you guys come up with oh we have a smaller room available, So I’m expecting a reimbursement of some kind for that and they tell me there the same price. Those actions can not be excused!
